Teeth Whitening

We offer several options for tooth whitening to our patients, the most common being Opalescence ®home bleaching which has given us great results. For more stubborn stains and the ultimate in results, nothing beats Kör ® deep bleaching for the brightest, whitest smile. This can be done at home or in the chair at the office, or a combination of the two. We do not utilize a bleaching light to enhance this process as studies have shown this makes virtually no detectable difference and using one can cause extreme sensitivity as well as a risk of sunburn when exposed to one for a long period of time. For this reason Dr. Roth no longer use one in his practice and doesn't miss it!

Porcelain Crowns And Veneers

Usually a crown is called for when the portion of the tooth above the gumline has broken, cracked, can no longer be safely repaired by a filling or has been treated by endodontic services. Sometimes there will be a hairline fracture only visible to the high magnification possible by xray or photographic technology but not to the naked eye. Today’s ceramics are very lifelike and extremely strong and we no longer have to settle for the dreaded black line at the gumline, which is a dead giveaway that the patient has a crown. We even have ceramic solutions for heavy bruxers such as Bruxzir®; crowns which can eliminate the need for all metal crowns and those with all metal biting surfaces. Sometimes a veneer is the optimum treatment for replacing the enamel tooth structure; however, these are most usually not paid for by insurance. No prep veneers such as Lumineers ® have reduced the amount of tooth structure required to be removed to achieve a great result.

Years ago, smile makeovers involved multiple dental treatments over a period of several months. That's no longer the case, thanks to porcelain veneers. Porcelain veneers are ultra thin shells made of translucent porcelain that can be bonded to your teeth for cosmetic purposes. Extremely versatile and durable, porcelain veneers are an excellent option whether you want a total smile makeover or need to cover a chipped tooth, mask a cracked tooth, or close gaps between your teeth. They require little to no prepping and can often be applied in just one dental visit!

Cosmetic Dental Bonding

Cosmetic dental bonding is a versatile and affordable way to improve the appearance of chipped teeth, stained teeth and gapped teeth. As one of the most conservative cosmetic dentistry treatments around, cosmetic dental bonding requires little to no prepping and preserves most of the natural tooth structure. And it's fast, too! Dental bonding usually takes just one visit to complete.

Dental Implants

It's almost impossible to feel confident when you smile if you're missing teeth. Dental implants can change that. With dental implants, you get the best in function and aesthetics. Dental implants are securely anchored in the jaw bone for maximum comfort and durability. The replacement tooth, or dental crown, is made of tooth-colored porcelain so that your dental implants look, feel and function just like your real teeth!

Smile Makeover

Tired of masking your smile because you don't like the way your teeth look? A smile makeover can be a big boost to your confidence and self-esteem. With a total smile makeover, chipped teeth, cracked teeth, gapped teeth, crooked teeth, stained teeth and gapped teeth can be completely transformed into the smile of your dreams. This is done through a combination of restorative and cosmetic dental treatments, including white fillings, cosmetic dental bonding, porcelain veneers, cosmetic dental crowns, dental braces, dental bridges and dental implants.
